Australia Day

Australia Day weekend and we had a bbq. Although I enjoy entertaining there comes a time in the evening that I just want to be alone. I'm not sure if this is normal but it gets tiring. We had our typical 'asado' and I made some cinnamon snails for dessert. Not very Chilean or Australian for that matter but everyone loves them.



It is only 10:58pm and I'm exhausted! time for bed I think.

Spring Blossom

It is hot here! so hot in fact that most of our days are either spent indoors with the air conditioner on or out in the pool, but the air is so hot it makes it hard to breath. It is a real shame we don't leave near the beach.



Tomorrow will be even hotter, and unfortunately where I live it gets even hotter. Ah! don't you just love summer. I love my new nail colour...spring blossom. Pastel colours are love.
