seven things...about me

I have been tagged for a kreative blog award by Two Tuesdays and have to tell you seven things about myself, I don't know if I'll manage seven things or if they'll be interesting but I'll give it a go.

1. I hate the smell of mandarins.
   
2. I am scared...like petrified scared of magpies and crows and will walk right around to avoid them and their scary eyes.
   
3. Every morning I wake up and smile at how lucky I am to be lying next to the man of my dreams.
   
4. I love the smell of coffee but I cannot drink it.
   
5. I've been overseas only once in my entire life.
   
6. By the time I am in my last year of uni my oldest son will be just starting uni.
   
7. Last one...ummm. I married my first and only boyfriend.
   

I finished, although it took me forever. Who knows how long I would've taken if it was 15 things!

walkabout

After spending most of the day indoors it was nice to go outside and go for a small walk. Hand in hand with my sweetheart.

One week of school holidays left, although they get very noisy. I find that when they go back to school I miss them terribly. The house gets too quiet. Is that weird?

My absolute favourite perfume, for the moment ;)

I finished my typography 'no smoking' sign and tomorrow we start our studio lighting assignment...which should be a lot of fun.

Oh and I'm still looking for people who'd like to do an art swap. I need 4 more who are willing to participate.

So many assignments to do...and no enthusiasm to do them. I am going to regret it later when I will have to stay up till 1am or more to finish them off :/

Also there is an art swap I am participating in. You send 1 piece of handmade goodie (hand-drawn, hand-sewn, hand-crafted anything!) and you get 36 pieces of art in return. If anyone is interested in playing along, please let me know in the comments (with your email) and I'll contact you with the details. I need to find 6 people who would like to do this.

This has to be the cutest mouse I have ever seen...being chased by my cat. Poor, poor mouse :(

I thought this easter would be chocolate free. We got a little surprise from our next door neighbour....and ferrero's yummmm.
