new home

this is my new blog...I wrote these words a few weeks back but unfortunately due to a hacker I lost that original post. I stupidly didn't think I needed to back up, big mistake! So here are the photos from that initial post...I just wish I could remember what I wrote :(

It really was my intention to blog a lot more during my uni holidays...but I have been enjoying myself offline and keeping myself occupied with so many things that by the time I was free it was too dark, or too late or I was far too tired. So the above photos are a little all over the place...

AND not pictured is the reading of 50 Shades of Grey book last weekend. I read all three of them and while I only did read them to see what all the hubbub was about I did in fact enjoy them. I will say that the author was very repetitious and it felt like she did a lot of copying and pasting throughout the book but nevertheless I enjoyed the part about the actual background of Christian Grey.

Now, only two weeks left of my holidays...I hope they go tremendously slow

the joys of motherhood

I finally finished my present for my little sister! although I must say my arms will never be the same again. I'm not too sure I like it though, I just hope she does.



I got the cutest pastel blue tea set at the op shop the other day that I just had to show. The cups are so tiny but I couldn't resist them. Aren't they the cutest?



I bought the new frankie! but I haven't had a chance to read it yet. After dinner I usually watch masterchef & then the special documentary on SBS 'go back to where you came from' (has anyone else seen it?).   THEN Ruby comes into my room (before her bedtime) and gives me a note from school. It seems there is an outbreak of nits. I checked both Alec & Ruby and they were full of them. So I shall be spending my day tomorrow getting rid of them and washing all their clothes. How exciting! the funny thing with nits is whenever someone mentions them my head starts to itch. I think I am going to need a dose of the special shampoo too. Ah the joys of motherhood!

[+] I dyed my hair the other day and it looks black to me! I really wanted my hair like a nice hazelnut colour but now it is chocolate/black.

[+] I need to complete a group assignment but my team members are not emailing me so I can't do anything.

[+] I am knitting a teddy bear and am already stuck...I need help.

[+] Found a video recently on how to make a bow with your hair, it is so cute but I don't think I could pull it off. (Here).
